On April 15.1983, Tokyo Disneyland opened. It was Disney's first theme park except the United States of America.
In summer of 2000 17 years after. Disney Ambassador Hotel ware completed.
Disney Ambassador Hotel is the first Disney's hotel in Japan.
In connection with this, the Tokyo Disney Resort and the name were changed for this area. In July, 2001,the monorail Disney Resort Line began operation. And Tokyo Disney Sea and Tokyo Disney Sea Hotel Miracosta open on September 4, 2001. Tokyo Disney Sea is a new theme park on the theme of the sea.
